New patients will receive comprehensive, personalized, evidence-based care, 60-minute visit with Dr. Rubin, continued concierge-level care from Dr. Rubin, portal access and timely communication with Dr. Rubin, medication coordination & prior authorizations, coordination of care team members. To become a patient, you must live in DC/MD or do an in-person visit with Dr. Rubin
