JEN MARSHALL
Chief of Staff
Jen is our go-to problem solver — you will find her working behind the scenes strategizing and managing our practice growth, coordinating our efforts in research, education, advocacy & outreach, and planning events & communication. Jen spent 20+ years in public service as a researcher and program/project manager.
Personally impacted and inspired by our mission, she pivoted careers in 2024 and is dedicating herself to advancing women’s sexual and menopausal health.
She is a mom to two teenagers and spends her free time volunteering with her local conservation league and cub scout pack, as well as mentoring and coaching early/mid-career women.

COLLEEN FISHER
Executive Assistant
Colleen brings nearly two decades of communications and project management experience — along with 27 years as a nationally recognized fitness instructor and health advocate — to the team. She has supported physicians, health leaders, nonprofits, and corporations with marketing, branding, event coordination, advocacy, fundraising, community building, and digital content development. She also captained an indoor-cycling Cycle for Survival team for 12 years, raising $2.6M for rare-cancer research and earning MSK’s Game Changer Award.
Currently navigating menopause herself, Colleen brings both empathy and humor to the practice’s mission — and believes evidence-based care (and HRT – wink, wink) can make all the difference.
At the practice, she supports daily operations, project flow, and communications, helping ensure every touchpoint reflects the clarity, compassion, and excellence central to Dr. Rubin’s mission. She and her husband live in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and are the proud parents of four sons.

STEFANIE BOERS
Clinical Office Manager
Stefanie brings more than 13 years of nursing and practice management experience across multiple medical specialties to the practice. Known for her clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and collaborative leadership style, she is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.
At the practice, Stefanie oversees clinical operations, supports our medical assistant team, and helps ensure the systems and workflows behind the scenes run smoothly so patients receive the highest quality care.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, hiking, photography, and spending time with her two adult daughters. Most recently, she checked skydiving over the Florida Keys off her bucket list!

ALEXANDRA BRUNST
Medical Assistant / Pre-Med Intern
Alexandra (Lexi) is one of our new interns of 2026! She graduated from Dickinson College in 2024, where she studied Chemistry. While at Dickinson, she conducted anthropological research on cervical cancer screenings.
After graduation, Lexi worked as clinical technician in an ICU-stepdown unit at her local hospital for a year and a half. She has gained valuable experiences working with patients in an inpatient
setting.
With this combined background, Lexi became interested in women’s health/advocacy efforts and plans to apply to medical school this year. Lexi is excited to expand her knowledge in
Urology and Sexual Medicine and looks forward to being part of the team!
In her free time, Lexi enjoys spending time with her cat, taking long walks, knitting, baking, and watching murder mysteries.

ANA MARTINO
Medical Assistant / Pre-Med Intern
Ana Martino joined the practice as a 2026 intern after graduating from American University with a degree in Biology, a minor in Dance, and a certificate in pre-medical studies.
As an undergraduate, Ana conducted stem cell research and worked as a medical assistant in podiatry, primary care, and oral surgery clinics in both the Boston area and the DMV. She is excited to gain experience in research and patient care as she prepares to apply to medical school and pursue a career in women's health.
When she's not in the clinic, Ana enjoys gardening, baking, and exploring museums. Between her podiatry experience, years of dance training, and current Marine Corps Marathon preparation, Ana knows a thing or two about staying on her toes, making her a wonderful addition to our team.

MADELEINE VIETH
Medical Assistant / Summer Pre-Med Intern
We're excited to welcome Madeleine ("Maddy") Veith as our newest summer intern. A Washington, D.C. native, Maddy graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience and has gained experience in both clinical research and patient care as a medical assistant before joining our team this summer.
She'll return to Bryn Mawr College's Postbaccalaureate Premedical Program this fall and plans to apply to medical school next year, with interests in urology, sexual medicine, women's health, and patient advocacy.
Outside of work, Maddy enjoys singing, attending concerts at the 9:30 Club, and cheering on the Michigan Wolverines. Fun fact: she sang in the Michigan Women's Glee Club alongside former intern Lilly Hardy!
