JEN MARSHALL
Chief of Staff
Jen is go-to problem solver - you will find her working behind the scenes strategizing and managing our practice growth, coordinating our efforts in research, education, advocacy & outreach, planning events & communication, and general office management. Jen spent 20+ years in public service as a government researcher and program/project manager.
Personally impacted and inspired by our mission, she pivoted careers in 2024 and is dedicating herself to advancing women’s sexual and menopausal health.
She is a mom to two teenagers and spends her free time volunteering with her local conservation league and cub-scout pack, as well as mentoring and coaching early/mid-career women.

GRACE HAUER
Medical Assistant / Intern
Grace started with us as an intern in July 2024. Grace graduated from Bucknell University and studied Biology and Women’s and Gender Studies. She is applying to medical school this year, and is most interested in women’s medicine, especially the intersection of advocacy, public policy, and clinical care.
In her free time, Grace loves visiting museums (currently working through all of the Smithsonians!), reading, knitting, and when she’s back at home in New Jersey, going “down the shore” to the beach!

SARAH AHSAN
Medical Assistant / Intern
Sarah started with us as an intern in July 2024. She's been learning how medicine, research, and patient advocacy play into Sexual Medicine. With past experience in community health, harm reduction, and pain management in DC, she aspires to learn new ways to bridge the gap between patients and self-determined care.
She graduated from the George Washington University, where she earned a degree in Biology and was working toward her MPH. She was born and raised in New York, and spent her teenage years in Dhaka, Bangladesh before moving to DC. She has since been in DC for 7 years and fell in love with the sense of community the city has to offer.
In her free time, she is either scouting for new restaurants and music events, or lifting weights at the gym.

AUDREY TWYFORD
Medical Assistant / Intern
Audrey is our newest intern for 2025! She is graduating from Georgetown University in May 2025, where she studied Biology of Global Health.
She is thrilled to be staying in the D.C. area to help patients and learn more about sexual medicine. She plans to apply to medical school next year and is particularly passionate about women's health.
In her free time, Audrey likes taking ballet classes and visiting art museums in D.C.
