Chronic urinary tract infections (UTIs) are preventable



I know this because I cured a famous writers UTIs through twitter direct messages.


Anyone who knows me knows I love talking about the urinary problems that occur once menopause begins. In fact GSM - genitourinary syndrome of menopause is one of my favorite cocktail party discussions.


Without estrogen in the body all the following symptoms can happen

  • urinary frequency

  • urinary urgency

  • painful urination (dysuria)

  • urinary incontinence

  • recurrent urinary tract infections
